About Us
- Maximized Career Services is a privately owned organization that seeks to help others in search of the careers they’ve always dreamed of. We are a collection of HR professionals and skilled experts in numerous industries that seek to provided relative, actionable career advice and resume help from our many years of collective experience.
We are not like some other resume writing services or career coaching firms that employ people that specialize in giving general career advice. We are the people that have sat on both sides of the desk – as job seekers and as interviewers. We are currently employed in the career fields we advise and we seek to help others achieve their goals by giving the guidance we received as well as the knowledge we wish we knew as we began our journey.
At Maximized Career Services, we don’t give pie-in-the-sky career advice and we don’t create textbook resumes that lack the personal touch that recruiters want to see. As recruiters that review thousands of resumes every year and professionals that interview and hire by the hundreds, we know what to look for because we have spent years looking. Our job seeking and interview coaching services are grounded in techniques that we have used and that have been utilized by the employees we've hired. Our career advice has been forged in decades of advanced education and training and honed in thousands of hours of interviews.
We seek to lend the vast sum of our knowledge and experience to the unemployed and underemployed as well as those seeking a career change to enhance lives for the better.
